i guess ill talk about ab workout today :) BECAUSE people want that B.A. abs for the ladies!! :)and for the beach or the swimming pool for next year :)well for abs...i say do crunches and stuff but people dont like that lol or i tell them to run :) because when you run you are working your lower abs as well :)but if you want the ab you are looking for!!! you have to do some crunches and stuff :)
