my workout today..went well...i worked my chest and back and my bicepts and tricepts ( i think that how you spell it :) im not sure ). On my chest workout..i did bence press heavey weight 195 pounds 6 - 8 reps taking 1 minute to 2 minutes of break...i did that 4 times going up on weights...for another chest workout i did decline push ups...4 sets 6 - 8 reps..rested 1 to 2 minutes....
for my back i did pull ups cause it works back as well :)..i did that 4 sets 6 - 8 reps and rested 1 to 2 minutes as well..that all i did for my back...
for my arms...i just did curls...started out with 40 pounds 6 - 8 reps 1 to 2 minutes...and ended up with 70 pounds 6 - 8 reps...
so that was my workout for today :)
