Getting Started

this is my first day writing about my workout programs...i guess and first time ever doing blogging :) as you know im not that much of a writer :) im just going to blog like how i text or how i chat with my friends on my bookface..well facebook :) ( i just call it bookface cause it sounds funny ) so...if you guys are interested in working out or lose couple of pounds i can help you with that! im going to blog or post the old fashion workouts :) i mean like push ups, pull ups, running...etc..i also will post about protein shakes....what kind of product you should be taking if you are trying to get big or trying to tone your muslc for the ladies!!! :)

now let me tell you why i decided to blog about workouts. my friends and i workout as well. i started to workout at home and something happened to my back disc..and my doctor told me that i had to workout or i couldnt walk anymore....i was in shock when he told me that...so i told my parents that i have to go sign up for a gym. ( i workout at anytime fitness..if you guys wanted to know about that :) ) my parents told my bro and i to go down to the gym and sign up for it, and we did. when we were working out..we didnt know how to work our lower chest or we were trying to fine a better way to work our ads, chest, shoulders...etc...that night when i came home, i went on youtube ( they have everything ) and started to look up for chest workout ad workouts..etc....i bet you think i found whole bunch of workout routines....well if you are thinking that right now!!! YOU ARE WRONG!! well i was wrong :) thought they had everything but they didnt....when i typed for "lower chest workout" they showed me some dude and his lower chest for like 10 minutes. (LAUGH OUT LOUD). so...now i dont look up workout routines on youtube anymore. (SHAME ON YOUTUBE....i know i know)

so...i was think i bet there are some peeps out there looking for the same thing that i am looking for RIGHT NOW! and all they saw was some dude's chest for like 10minutes. hahaha
that is why im writing this blog :) to help peeps about working out and stuff...of course i dont know all the workout routines and stuff....but i will try my best to help you guys with all your problems ands questions..I WILL FIND THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTIONS!!!! and your probelms :) BECAUSE I LOVE YOU GUYS HAHAHAHA well ...yeah..that was weird :)..
